Located off Mount Vernon Rd. in Cedar Rapids, IA, this commercial project underwent a significant transformation during an ownership change and rebranding effort. Inspired by our client's recent trip to New Orleans, the project aimed to distinguish itself from other venues in the area, which often leaned towards barn-like, industrial, or modern aesthetics.

The design concept for this event center was driven by a desire to create a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors, leaving them with unforgettable memories regardless of the event type. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant streets of New Orleans, the venue stands out as a unique and versatile space.

The design approach blends natural elements with timeless aesthetics, harmonizing with the event holder's vision while incorporating innovative features that elevate the overall design. Bold patterns, colors, textures, and biophilic elements come together to craft a captivating yet enduring ambience. Each area within and outside the event center integrates design elements tailored to accommodate various event types while allowing for personalized touches.
